3D Spider Cake / Halloween Cake from Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio - YouTube !!!
hi everybody this is Jen from cookies cupcakes thing cardio dot com
today we're going to be showing you how to make a
inside this cake we have a collection a beautiful colors which is bound to
impress
any Halloween party you might be headed to you let's get started
we'll be using black Twizzlers
we're going to be using black butter cream we're going to be using some
mini marshmallows you can use any size with marshmallows actually want to you
and now in here I have summer Wilton candy eyeballs in these wonder
blood-spattered
extern gory for the spider now here's my for piping bag
I have my vanilla cake batter and its dyed purple
black green and orange and we're going to be piping it
into a cake pan which is why they're in the bank's then here in this piping bag
I have black
candy melts I have a one cupcake and I have a small a domed
piece of cake now this is just can be baked quite quickly
in a little ball so that's all we need for this cake
this cake batters going to fit into two
but in front of me and just have one so I'm going to show you
how to do one other pans and then just repeated for the second pan
so each my bags are cut off a little bit off the tip
and what I'm going to do is just squeeze them into
aid you know you can spray with parchment or are sprayed with Pam and I
but parchment in the bottom there
and I'm just going to be putting any kind love
pattern and sweet gold into the cake
like this someone who wants to use up haha my batter
and then I'm going to put both up the cake pans
into a preheated other at
degrees
now you gonna wanna bake it according to your package directions
and for my cake mix it bakes for about
minutes
cuz tender like homemade cake mixes tend to bake
a little bit longer than the ones you find in the box so misusing up
of up my batter here maybe a little bit more green
like this
so any order that you want to now once you've got all the cake batter in here
just give the little tap but it will settle
while it's baking in the oven just want to help get any those
air bubbles up nominee put in the oven
I'll be back when the cakes are finished once the cakes have baked in the oven
and they're cool completely
you can level them you can see the outside here is a little bit dark in but
want to level them
and you take it off you can see the nice bright colors that are left
inside your cake so what I'm going to do now is unwilling to take summer my black
butter cream
and I'm going to fill it on top so the cake has a nice
buttercream filling in the middle and then once I got this on
I'm going to take my second player which I've already got sliced here
and I'm going to put it upside down
onto this cake and I'm going to cover the entire thing
in my black butter cream once you finished I sing at the EK
what you need to do next is Mel to your marshmallows
now I'm going to put them into my microwave for about
seconds
and then I'm gonna give them a certain to put them in for another
seconds
and they should be melted at that point
but obviously depending on the power of your mic with you might have to be
little bit longer or even a little bit shorter be careful when the marshals are
melted cuz they will be very hot
once buy marshmallows are melted the fun part begins now this part is extremely
messy
but it has lotsa fun to do so you wanna let's make sure that you marshall to
cool down slightly say don't burn yourself
the is going to take up a little bit a bit like this
and then you're going to stretch it as far as it will go
and then just drape it over the top in these long spindles if you can get them
to
stretch out like this C&C this pretty fine lines and some thicker ones
and you can make them go all the way down to the kickboard and
doesn't make a big huge spiderweb mess
I love this cake some gonna have some fun with these marshmallows
and I'm going to decorate the sides
the top spend my cake around and get everything covered in this marshmallow
spiderweb
have my cake covered in my
gooey spider web now and what I'm going to be doing for the next stage is I'm
going to be using a Wilton
tip
also known as the grass tip because I'm gonna give the spider little bit of a
hairy texture
now with the cupcake I'm just going to cut a little piece of here
and I'm just going to cause that's where that peace is going to rest on top of
the cake
what you do next as you take your round cake which will be the spiders body
news put it on top there animal stickers the marshals are nice and sticky
and then with the flat part down years going to place what will be the spiders
head
just like that and then using your tip your bag with the tip
Houston a squeeze and release and cover
the entire spider with this
what buttercream once you have the spider covered in the buttercream with
the
grass tip we're going to put on the I is some is putting the money kinda like
the upper part the head here and learn about those two on
and there is no next up we're going to work on the lakes
some going to cut the legs next in line to talk you through the sizes
love the a different sets of them so the first set and legs I'm going to cut out
four inches
and then at two more inches so those want those bizarre scraps
and then the secant Sat so the second ones
going the next in from the first we're going to be
at four and a half inches and then
to and a half in chintz her second once
and then our third sets
is going to be a little bit longer and therefore
and a half inches and then three and a half inches
see a here year ago and then
back to a little bit smaller for the last
the lake that would be at the back love the spider
and that one is going to be four inches
is and then two inches
in order to get the legs to go together I put my melting wafers in my piping bag
and I've melted it
and I'm going to use the black chocolate as glue some just going to
put some there at the edge above the one stick
and then put the other one there and just hold it until it will
%uh stand up on its own someone to repeat that for all of my lakes
once the lace have hardened the chocolate joints here
what I did was I took up to pick in a broken in half
and I'm just going to put it up inside the twizzler
and what that's going to do is is just going to help when we put their
the legs into the spider it's not going to put the legs onto
the spider and I'm just going to use the toothpick to help me press it into their
and I'm just going to try to evenly spaced them around the cake
so I'm going to slice into the cake and
make sure that you guys can see what it looks like and
I will be back when I have done net so they know everybody how to make a
spider cake with marshmallow spiderweb

Make Halloween Spider Cake Pops! -- A Cupcake Addiction How To Tutorial - YouTube !!!
English (United Kingdom) English (United Kingdom)
Hello and welcome to Cupcake Addiction's Spooky Spider Cakepop Tutorial where I'll be showing
you how to make this great spooky spider cupcake perfect for Halloween or any creepy and spooky
occasions you can think of. Tools and equipment that we will be using
today: I have some lollipop sticks.
I have just a pair of scissors. I have some pre-rolled cakepop balls. Now
if you don't have a great recipe and technique for your cakepop balls, we've got a tutorial
on our channel which will show you how to get them to that lovely consistency and how
to roll them and get them ready for sticking and dipping.
I've got some melted dark chocolate. Now I always like to mix my melted chocolate with
roughly
grams of Copha or Crisco or shortening per
grams of chocolate. This just thins
it out and makes it a little bit easier to dip and makes it spread a little bit further
so you're not using quite as much for each cakepop.
I've got some pre-colored black non-pareils or black sprinkles. If you don't have black
sprinkles, you could also use black sanding sugar.
I've got some red mini-M&Ms. I've just picked the red ones out of a packet.
And I've got some licorice straps. I get these in a Metre or
licorice but they come in a lovely long strap. So I'm going to be using this for the legs.
And you'll see they're actually pre-textured with this lovely [grooves] which makes them
perfect for cutting. Let's get started.
Firstly, we're going to dip our cakepop ball with our lollipop sticks. So I'm just going
to dip that lollipop stick into that melted chocolate, roughly a centimeter. And then
I'm going to slide it into the flat bottom of the cakepop ball. Now I'm going to let
that one set. Normally I put it in the fridge for a couple of minutes but because we're
going to be cutting the legs, it can just set there on the table. Those cakepop balls
I should mention are nice and cold. They have been in a refrigerator for about
just to make sure they are nice cool temperature to let that chocolate set in there, to make
sure they're really firm. Now for our spider's legs. I've pre-cut some
legs here. But to show you what I've done, I've taken about
strap just slice it off with those pair of scissors. Now as I mentioned these [grooves]
are fantastic because you don't have to measure. You get roughly the same-sized legs. I'm just
going to cut down the lines. And there's actually
has 8 legs. You can see there, I'm just cutting off lovely little legs, little leg widths
of licorice there. And because it is in a roll, they actually do bend the way that we
want them to bend so they're hanging down from the spider.
Now I've got 8 of those legs pre-cut and then I'm just going to take a (Inaudible
and cut it in half. That's going to be for his little fangs at the front there.
I'm happy that cakepop balls had a few minutes to set so let's get dipping. Now to dip my
cakepop ball, I always like to have quite a deep container. Let's me get that cakepop
ball right down to the bottom. I'm going to coat that in the chocolate, making sure that
I cover the seam or just cover the stick and I'm going to just twist and give it just a
really gentle shake as I'm twisting. You don't want to shake it so hard that you actually
shake the cakepop head off. Now while I'm doing that you'll see that I'm
just letting it dry a little bit before I get sprinkling. I've used dark chocolate because
it's as close to black as I could get. You could also use black candy melts if you can
find them where you are. But dark chocolate is obviously a little bit more [really] available.
And once I'm happy that just had just a little bit of time to set just a little and for the
excess melted chocolate to drip away. I'm going to sprinkle it. There reason I'm not
sprinkling it straight away is because the sprinkles will actually weigh down that chocolate
and if you put too many sprinkles on, they'll drag clamps of the chocolate off the cakepop
and make a bit of a mess. You can see there that I'm still getting quite a few little
drips. Alright, time to sprinkle; I like to have
another container to sprinkle over because this can be really messy. So I'm going to
turn it upside down. I'm going to start with the bottom and I'm just going to sprinkle
a nice little covering of those messy little black sprinkles. You can see they're going
everywhere. Now don't be too fuzzy with this because they're just giving it that sort of
hairy look and a bit of texture. Just coloring him down black a bit.
Alright, so you can see there just separating a little bit at the top and that's just the
weight of those sprinkles pulling down so I'm going to give the top another little coat.
Now don't take too long to do this and don't be too much of a perfectionist because we
still need to stick our legs in. And we want to do the legs while he's still quite wet.
Alright, now for the legs, a spider has 8 legs so I am just... you have to forgive I'm
doing this backwards for the camera. I'm just going to put
pushing them in about a quarter of an inch into the ball so I could actually feel them
going into the chocolate and into the cakepop ball. Four legs on this side. I'll turn him
around and do 4 legs on the other. Alright, once those legs are on, time for
the 2 fangs. So just pick a spot in the front where his face is going to go, pop those
fangs in, and before he dries, 2 mini-M&Ms for the eyes. You can see there, that chocolate
is just starting to dry. I could probably still stick them in. But just to show you,
if it does starts to dry a little bit, just dip your mini-M&M in a tiny little bit of
chocolate and sit it on the front there. Chocolate just acts like a bit of the glue. It'll hold
that M&M nicely in place. Beautiful. Now finally I'm going to take just another
lollipop stick. You could use a cocktail stick or a toothpick and I'm just going to dab one
and then two eyeballs on our lovely spooky spider.
Now I think you'll agree, it looks a lot harder than what it is. So what you've got there
is a great spooky spider that's not taking us that long to make. But looks like it's
been made by the professionals. I hope you're enjoying our tutorials. If you

Halloween Cakepops - Make a FRANKENSTEIN Spooky Cake Pop - A Cupcake Addiction How To Tutorial - YouTube !!!
English (United Kingdom) English (United Kingdom)
Hello and welcome to Cupcake Addiction's Frankenstein Cakepop Tutorial where I'll be showing you
how to make this great spooky Frankenstein cakepop -- perfect for Halloweens, scary parties
or any other spooky occasion you can think of.
Tools and equipment that we will be using today:
I keep a polystyrene block just for resting my cakepops in while I'm working on them.
I have some lollipop sticks. A zip lock bag.
A pair of scissors. I have some melted green candy melt or candy
wafers. I use Wilton brand. I will mention with this [layer] quite thick when you melt
them down so I do like to add approximately
grams of Copha, Crisco or shortening to
every
grams of candy melts just to thin them out and make them a little bit easier
to dip. I've got a little bit of melted dark chocolate.
You don't actually need very much of this.
is probably all you need.
I've got some black food dye. You can use either liquid or paste. I've used paste and
I've just diluted it with a tiny bit of water so that it's nice and liquid-y for me to use
for just some fine painting. I've got
normal-sized
M&Ms in brown, and I've got a couple of just a small baking marshmallows. You only need
one of these per cakepop. Let's get started.
Firstly, we need to make our cakepop ball into the right shape. For those of you that
don't have a great recipe and tutorial of recipe and method for cakepop balls, we've
got a really good one on our channel. It will show you how to get your cakepop balls to
this lovely shape, size and consistency -- recipe and ingredients included.
Now firstly we want to make it into the right shape. So you can see here, the shape of Frankenstein's
head really is quite flat on top. It's not the round ball that you see.
So I'm going to take this round ball. I will mention this has been in the fridge for about
the last
minutes just to make it nice and firm to work with. See here I'm just flattening
it down and I'm pinching the bottom. I'm just going to flatten the head. If you want a really
nice flat head, give it a good smack on the bench and then just flatten him down. So it
should sort of almost resemble a bit of a chunky love heart without the indent in the
middle, really nice and flat on top. Now it's time to pop the lollipop stick into
the bottom of our cakepop. So I'm just going to dip that lollipop stick into the candy
melt and just insert it into the bottom of Frankenstein's head. See I'm just lengthening
that out again. I did push it up a little bit when I inserted that stick. So you want
to make sure you keep that lovely length and that lovely shape that you've worked so hard
to get. I'm going to let that sit for just a minute or two while the lovely green seal
dries. While I'm doing that, we're going to make
the eyes of Frankenstein. So to make the eyes, I'm taking one of these baking marshmallows,
snip it in half. It is as easy as that. You'll see they stretch out of shape a little bit,
it's not a problem. Just use your fingers for them to regain shape. Beautiful. Now you
can rest there until we're ready for them. Alright, so I'm happy that lovely chocolate
seal has set. Time for dipping. As I mentioned, candy melts are quite a bit thicker than regular
chocolate. So when I dip, I just place it in, pull it out, place it in, pull it out,
place it in, just like that until we've met up with that lovely chocolate seal and cover
it with the candy melt seal I should say. Give it a little shake off. You should have
something that looks like this. Now, I want to pop his eyes on. With the eyes,
there'll be a sticky side and a non-sticky side. I like to put them on with the non-sticky
side facing out. I'm going to put them down quite low in the head. (Inaudible
a big forehead... does those two. Don't be afraid to give them a little wiggle around
because it's got quite a saggy kind of a saggy face, saggy eyes, a bit of saggy skin around
there. I'm going to take the
are going to form his ears. Put them quite low down as well. And we're just going to
give that a few minutes to set. Now just bear in mind...You might want to just move them
around a little bit because that candy melt coating is still quite wet. Some of your decorations
made slide a little so keep your eye on them. Don't walk away. You don't want anything to
drag off or fall off. Okay, so while we're still just waiting for
that coat to dry, we're going to get the dark chocolate into this zip lock bag. So just
open up your zip lock bag, pour in some dark chocolate, and make sure you close that zip
lock bag all the way across or else the chocolate will almost certainly pop out any holes from
the top. I'm just going to push down the dark chocolate all down to one corner. And taking
the scissors, I'm just going to snip off a very small corner of the bag.
Now this is going to become a bit of a piping bag. I'm trying to do it over my dark chocolate
bowl. There might be a little bit of dripping. What we basically want to do here is just
paint on the outline for his hair. Start at the back if you're a bit more comfortable
with it because you get to practice just a little bit more. See I'm just zigzagging around.
Don't get too close to his eyes. He does have quite a large forehead. Once you've got a
lovely baldish outline, just fill it in with your chocolate. This is probably the fiddliest
part of this cakepop. Alright, he's sitting there now with his hair
on. I'm going to do his eyeballs. You can have him facing him any way you like. Where
you put his eyeballs will change his expressions quite dramatically. So I think I'm just going
to pop in just down here. He'll be looking at something down below.
Alright, now I want to pop the bolts on his neck. To pop the bolts on, I'm just going
to take just a spare lollipop stick and put a nice dollop on either side of that lollipop
stick. Take the 2 mini-M&Ms and just pop them on. Beautiful. You can just neaten that up
a little bit, giving him a little neck with a couple of bolts in it.
Alright now, finally, we want to give him the mouth and some nice scarring -- probably
not nice scarring but some scarring. As I mentioned, I've got a little bit of black
food coloring in this little container. I've just popped it with a couple of drops of water
just so that it's relatively thin. I'm going to dip my cocktail stick in there and I'm
going to give him a nice long straight mouth. Forgive me, I'm doing this upside down. And
I'm going to make the mouth like a bit of a scar. You can make him a little bit less
scary, give him a bit of a smile if he's going to be for the children. But he's generally
a pretty [server] chap. And the side of the face...a couple of scars. Here we go.
Now that is your finished Frankenstein cakepop. You can see down here we've got a whole lot
of other cakepops -- a spooky tarantula, a mummy, there's some witches on channel. So

hi guys in this video gonna make some spider-man
cupcakes so I already got the cupcake actress pounding but just taken to write
respondents are just got so much ready died here it's nice often it makes it
easier to died I'm just gonna roll out what I need is it began to form a circle

you can do the faces that are textured us if I just love it began
ok so we're just gonna lay the president general I was stabbed him with a round
that quickly outside not willing to do this we come round and the bottom just
here to create the bottom of his face now let me push around a lot because
I've got quite a lot of cream underneath you don't put up with cream on you have
to leave its just a circular she just play around that to you happy do present
to heart of the wise you'll lose imprint you've got am so what we need now is
some shaped quotas for their eyes so I'm gone these tapes you don't wanna you can
roll into a novel and squash it down if you prefer to use these black eye since
then

made up for the rice dried over the top so I've just got a bill to TV labels got
so much going on and the extra black sugar fats im just gonna put them within
brush and just mix it with a mobile phone here you can mix it with outcall
lemon juice such small amounts water's fine when can a little bit surprised
you're not too bothered because he has like the lights shining so anyway what's
the email address now
painted black that's it why
which one you prefer when you're making the missiles and then of course you can
always do the doc on this one is just an inbox is exactly the same process

Decorate A Halloween MUMMY Spooky Cake Pop - A Cupcake Addiction How To Tutorial - YouTube !!!
English (United Kingdom) English (United Kingdom)
Hello and welcome to Cupcake Addiction's Mummy Cakepop Tutorial where I'll be showing you
how to make this great mummy cakepops. These are really really easy, perfect for the Halloween
spooky parties, scary occasions or just because you like mummies.
Tools and equipment that we will be using today:
I have the polystyrene block. I just like to use this to sit the cakepops in while I'm
working on them. I've got a pair of standard scissors.
Some lollipop sticks. I've got a couple of pre-rolled cakepop balls.
If you don't have a great recipe and technique for rolling your cakepop balls, make sure
you check out our Cakepop Basics Recipe and Tutorial on our channel. We'll help you get
a lovely cakepop ball similar to this, show you how to get it ready for dipping stage.
I've got some white chocolate. Now I like to melt about
grams of white chocolate
with about
grams of Crisco or Copha. This just helps to thin the chocolate out a little
bit. It will go a little bit further across your cakepops and it will give you a more
even coat. I've got a regular snap lock or zip lock bag.
And I've got some mini M&Ms. I've just picked a couple of different colors out, some blue
and some red. But you can choose whichever color you would like your mummy's eyes to
be. Let's get started.
Now a standard cakepop ball is rolled into a lovely round like this. I want it to be
a little bit more of a oval-ly type shape so I'm just going to flatten that round out
so it's more of an oblong or an oval, I guess you'd call it.
I'm going to take cakepop sticks, dip it in to some of that melted white chocolate, and
pop it in through the bottom of this very cakepop. Now I should also mention this cakepop
balls have been refrigerated for about the last
nice and firm and ready for dipping. I liked to put those in the refrigerator once I've
popped the lollipop stick into the bottom of them. They take about
minutes for
that chocolate seal to fully set. I'll keep going with them because I'm pretty confident
that they're not going to fall off. But if you're having trouble with your cakepop balls
falling off the lollipop sticks, just make sure that you are really letting that chocolate
seal set. Give them a little time in the refrigerator. Let's get dipping. So I'm going to take my
melted chocolate. I'm going to dip that cakepop all the way in. With the cakepops, you always
want to make sure that you meet up with the lollipop stick and cover that lovely chocolate
seal. Now I'm just going to give a little turn, little gentle shake. I don't want to
shake it too much because I haven't let it refrigerate. Beautiful.
I'm happy that I've got some of the excess chocolate off and it's not dripping anymore.
So I'm going to take 2 lovely blue eyes. I don't know why but I always think of mummies
having blue eyes. Take those 2 mini-M&Ms. Pop them in.
I'm just going to sit that in my polystyrene block in the moment while I get the zip lock
bag ready. Now this is going to act like a little disposable piping bag but zip lock
bag is something that most people have in their [cardboards]. I'm just going to pour
in just a little bit of that white chocolate. Make sure that you do the zip lock bag up
when it's got white chocolate in it, when it's got any chocolate in it. Let the air
out of the bag. If you don't, it will come up the top while you're noticing and it will
start spewing over the sides and often onto your work.
Now just to get a nice little slit in the bottom here, I'm just going to take my scissors
and just cut across. It doesn't really matter how much you cut off that, make it too big,
but this is just going to be how we make our little bended technique across the cakepop.
Do the open shuffle here. Alright, I'm going to try and do this upside down so bear with
me. To get the bandages, do it over the bowl so you don't drip too much melted chocolate.
I'm going to start at the back and I'm just going to go across and then in the opposite
direction, and then across and the opposite direction. See how it's giving us the lovely
criss-cross effect of the bandage there. Just let that sit for about
or
seconds just
so that it's not dripping. Now we're going to turn it over and we're
going to do the same thing on the front. Now the bandages are often quite messy so don't
worry if you're not being spot on and perfect. You can't really ruin this. I like to let
the bandages go over the eyes just a little bit so that they're peaking out. And I think
he looks just about perfect. So here you've got a couple of great and,
I think you'll agree, really easy Halloween or spooky party mummy cakepops.

Oreo Cake Recipe from Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio - YouTube !!!
hi everybody this is Dan from cookies cupcakes in cardio doc com
today going to be showing you how to make this homemade
Oreo cake it's a triple-layer with Oreos in
each layer on the top on the outside
it's got lots of steps so let's get started to make the vanilla part
love the Oreo cake we're going to start with half a cup
a butter cut into cubes
cups of all-purpose flour
have a couple milk to a tax
half a teaspoon of vanilla extract 2 teaspoons baking powder and half a
teaspoon of salt
1 cup granulated sugar and then in this poor
I have
Oreos chopped up into quarters
so the first step is to combine our dry ingredients
it's going to pour them into my mixer here so the flowers gone
and the sugar and then the baking powder and salt
and is going to mix it for about 30 seconds so once are dry ingredients are
mixed together
we're going to take our chunks of butter and is gonna put in
to do here and then I'm going to turn on the mixer
and let nixon what this is going to do is just gonna cut up the butter into
little teeny tiny morsels
and it will make a nice little a nice light batter
system to turn it on and then I'll gradually add the other two as well
so once my daughter is all mixed into my dry mixture
I'm going to add my a tax and then I'm going to let mix
until those are slightly mixed in and then we'll gradually add the milk
while the mixture while the next shirt mixture
the mixer my goodness the mixer is on
once the vanilla cake batter has come together we're going to add a quarter
Oreos Minister it up just from
comparable on rotations here we don't want them to be too crumbled up
I want them to be nice and chunky like this so that's probably perfect
I'm going to put my cake batter into and
and it's going to bake in the oven at
degrees Fahrenheit
for about
to
minutes so to make the chocolate Oreo layer
we're going to start with three-quarters of a cup I love
cocoa powder to cop are granulated sugar
half a cup of vegetable oil one cup of buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract half a cup of water which we're going to heat up in
the microwave so it's nice and hot
two eggs 2 teaspoons a baking soda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder
one and three-quarter cups I'll up
all-purpose flour and
Oreo cookies
chopped up into quarters so we're going to combine
all were dry ingredients first for this chocolate version
for putting in the sugar and the cocoa powder
and the flower
and the baking soda and baking powder
an assault so we're going to mix this
for about
seconds until it's all combined so once the
dry stuff is mixed together we're going to add in the
and wanna let them stir and then welcome mixers till next thing I'm going to
gradually add in the oil
the buttermilk and the vanilla
so if he did the water up and now I'm going to add it gradually to the batter
as well
so the last thing we're going to add to our chocolate batter
are are chopped Oreos so like before and just gonna give them a couple
rotations here with the mixer and then went to put them into
might eight-inch pan to eight-inch pants
and they're going to bake for at 350 degrees
for both forty to forty-five minutes so all the cakes are baking in the oven
what I'm going to get going next is the cream
and we're going to be using this as the filling and as the coating around the
outside of the cake
so we need for it is to cops %uh whipping cream
2 cups I love icing sugar eight ounces of cream cheese
and
so I've got my mixer here fitted with my whisk attachment
because the first thing you want to do is whisk
my whipping cream until stiff peaks form
summer whipping cream is nice and stiff no
so many do is just switch it out said that to the site
hands but a snowball on here
and my switch back to paddle attachment
and I'm going to cream the cream cheese in here
and I'll do that till it's nice and soft so to the cream teas I'm going to add
the icing sugar and well that mixing
all gradually add in the vanilla son is going to turn this
on it let it makes and then I'll be back
the last step for cream filling is we're going to at our previously whipped
whipping cream
into our cream cheese mixture one
was gonna pour a little liquor up
and then I'm just gonna turn on the mixer
really slow and really low and then I'll just let it makes until its all combined
so once the cakes are cool
and you have your cream filling ready what we're going to do is read in
between each layer which is going to put
arm about a half a cup worth a
they're filling into their to make it nice round nice
smooth layers you can but as little or as much as you want
am but I just wanna air on the side of caution just cuz I wanna make sure that
I have enough
two-goal around the outside on the cake you can always make more but
I'm annoying so after that runs on gonna take my
will vanilla Korea where and when to put that out on top
line it up Marino
and then I'm going to take again some other cream
spread that around and the last thing
will be to top it off with the second
chocolate layer so do that now an online now
up like that
says clean up my edges here now
right now I'm going to just put apply like a really thin layer
what is known as a crumb coat and the lineup of it into
the freezer for about half an hour because I want to set
in order to do that final coat the final call be quite thin
on but i wanna be able to apply it and not have any crumbs
in the mixture something to do that just finished up covering this
and then pop it into the freezer so after taking the cake out of the freezer
I'm just going to apply the final coat but they said it doesn't have to be very
thick
he just wants to hide any of the dark spots
but we're going to be covering it up with what a cookie crumbs
and some gun are shown the top so it's not really a super big deal if you've
got any dark spots is
so I'm gonna finish this off and then I'll be back to show you
what you're going to need for the garnish
for the garnish for going to be using some chocolate can aus which we have
already up on our channel will put a link to it
in the Description box below I have
coarsely chopped Oreos here and I have the rest
love the filling in my bag with an Open started
but if I'm using is an attack o.o 827 but you can use
any kind of tip and then I also have I'm
it's probably about
haft
Oreos as well so the first step to finishing the cake is I'm gonna take my
chopped Oreos and I'm just going to press them
up to the side here I wanna go about a third of the way
up the cake even go as far as put as little as you want I'm here
and the reason I coarsely chopped them was because I really like how the way
how the white comes out on some of them
and underneath my cake stand here I just have
a just a large arm cake pan
and it's just catching income so I can reuse them and it doesn't make a huge
mess up the kitchen
just gonna go around just like this and then only back to
do the next step once the sides are done
I'm going to take my gun on church was going to place it by the spoonful
on the stop here and I just wanted to slightly go over the edge
not too much so nor does work my way around the cake
creating a little border on the top
he was going to do that
go all the way around and then we'll be back for the last couple of touches
to finish off the cake I'm gonna put a couple the leftover crumbs
into the center here like that
and then I'm going to take my it left over filling and I'm just
going to squeeze little stars here and go around the border
kinda that was made by the gun arch all the way around like that
and then I'm just going to take my house I'm going to put
them probably in every second or every third so I was gonna finish this off
and then I'll be back to show you a cupcake and the finished love this one
so there you go everybody how to make your own Oreo cake from scratch

Decorating Cupcakes with yoyomax12 #122: Halloween Spider - YouTube !!!
today actually had to make these adorable spider
cupcakes are very easy to make and hopefully olive you can find ingredients
that you need
to please stick around to the end of the video because I'm gonna talk about
how this video forms part of a special how low in collaboration with the couple
of my youtube friends
mmm
hello there so here we go to make this spider legs
I'm using Pocky sticks with a little bit skit sticks that are coated in chocolate
in the common room package like this
you can also use just plain old pretzel sticks
that I have here actually make a spider with each one so you can see what they
look like
now to make this pipe spider late you need to cut these into pieces
now the best way to do this is to try to cut it was a sharp knife
so that you get a
degree angle on
the cut that just means when you get to
pieces put together it'll make a nice
angle shape for the spider liking you'll see that in a second
so there is the angled cut dipped one at the end
into some melted chocolate and placing these onto a piece
%uh waxed paper on the plate you can also use a cookie sheet
and then you just put two pieces together and you have a spider like any
kind of an L shape
let those hardened completely nearly aiding them of course for each spider
now to frost the cupcakes I'm using plain all buttercream frosting %uh put
the recipe in the Description box and the link to the video tutorial on how to
make these
I made a very small amount here because I was only making a few cupcakes
I
portion black in one portion
orange using some jail pace to food coloring
and you do have to use quite a bit a black to try to get a very dark color
I stirred those together and then I placed them into
eighty pastry bag and again the two-tone defect
I'm placing a portion of orange all the way down to the piping bag
these are disposable piping bag so I actually purchased
on e-bay I'm using to kinda tips in this video you'll see me use a
be taped no-one am tip to place the orange all the way to the end
press it down so that you leave the gap and then put some black frosting
I can look better with more orange then black and I miss twisting the top of the
piping bag in pushing the frosting all the way down into the piping tip
and then it's ready to pipe onto the cupcakes
just like that and you can test it out just to see how it looks
and you can see how the black squirrels coming in
so this is the 1 a.m. tip and is given night
swirling you can see how great that looks with the black and orange
combination
now to assemble your spiders
you will need Osama kinda rounded chocolate ball
I'm using Ferreiro roche et chocolates here and I think they're great for this
because they have a kind of a bumpy appearance which makes the spiders ok a
little bit creepier
but can use any kind of around chocolate that you have or even a little kick ball
if you want to use that
may need to add to my eyes I'm using some ready-made candy I is
am sticking marble butter frosting but you could use melted chocolate as well
now if you can find the candy ice just you some white frosting with a little
dab a black frosting
and take the completed spider head and stick it on top of the cupcake
and then adding that the chocolate legz
that you make now it's always a good idea to make a few extras cuz
it's a bit you're bound to break a couple as you're inserting them
sometimes
and you can put them in any position you want on the cupped
the cupcakes and frosting can be made ahead but I was suggested you put
the legs in the day that you're gonna serve them because the
moisture in the cupcake in the frosting may have a tendency to soften up those
cookies and they
they might fall off they might soften and break here is a pretzel
spider Lake that I made I think they look cute because it kinda looks like
hairy spider legs with assault on the pretzels
and also added four eyes to this particular one to make it look more
realistic I guess and looks a little bit creepy here
but they're really kinda more cute than creepy I think
these ones have gone even lakes in in this one
legs are all different angles you don't have to make perfect ninety degree angle
for
the L shape for the late you can make a different angles it makes it look like
he's trying to climb of the cupcake
I think these are adorable and they're actually fairly easy to make see if you
have kids they can help you out with this quite easily
so as promised here are the other videos in the special Halloween collaboration
at the top left we have a video from cooking crafting who was that from
Hawaii
she's making a wonderful ghost
giant cookie for Halloween on the right
is a video from cookies cupcakes and cardio
he's making a beautiful Halloween cake roll
and out the bottom is one of my older videos and it is more buddy
style Halloween cupcakes so I hope you click on your screen there will be
linked to the Description box in the videos as well
thanks for watching

Spiderman Cake Pops from Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio - YouTube !!!
hi everybody this is Jen from cookies cupcakes think idea dot com
today we're going to making spider-man cake pops
we can look to requests for comment book type things on the channel
so I thought with the new spider-man movie coming out that this would be the
perfect time
to put these together for you so let's get working on them
we're going to be using chocolate cake crumbs you can use
any flavor of cake and the crime part just comes from crumbling
up your cupcakes or cake or cake scraps that you have leftover
going to be using a red melting wafers their chocolate melting wafers and I use
the righty called Merkin so to get
pockmarked I'm also going to be using white buttercream
you can use any color any flavor that she wants probably one that complements
your kind of
the kind of crime that you're choosing to use going to be using cake pop sticks
also known as cut lollipop sticks black fondant
white gumpaste you can also use white fine if you choose
I dislike white gun case cuz it hardens a little bit quicker
that's all you can eat let's get started we're going to start with making our
cake pops
and to do that we takes about a couple tablespoons over buttercream
we're just going to put it into our cake crumbs and then that we're going to mix
this together
until it comes to a play dough like consistency so if you find that your
on the cake balls that result from this our little bit too dry you just wanna
put a little bit more butter cream in
so I'm just going to mix this all together and I'll be back to show you
the proper consistency
so I have my buttercream and Mike cake
mixed in together here and I've got a lovely consistency
it's perfect for working with its easy and it's nice and pliable
so what I'm going to do is in taking ate cookie scoop
and it's about got two or three tablespoons worth
love cookie out the cake crumbs here and I'm just making it relatively level
pop it out and then I'm rolling in between my hands
quite simply and then to in order to get the tapered bit
which is what I want to Spider man's head to be shaped like
just gently rolling with two fingers on the bottom there
just on the end part and that's going to taper off
to wear his neck is going to be or would be if we were building a whole sparked
the whole spider-man
so just like that popping on
baking tray
with the piece of parchment and I'm going to make some more
and melts my red chocolate and then I'll be back once you have your cake pops
ready to go
you're going to take your cake pops stick dipping into your melted chocolate
give it a little taps is not too much extra then holding on tier cake pop
you're just going to
insert the stick just like that after I have all the sticks in certain wanna pop
them into the freezer for about 10 minutes
that sets the chocolate and it kind of sets the cake pop art as well
so that when you go back to dip it into the red chocolate it doesn't fall apart
inside your chocolate so after that I'll be right back
so once I pulled my cake pops out of the freezer
I'm going to dip them directly into my
red chocolates and when to pull them out give them a little tap
and just let the excess chocolate just drip
of naturally and then I'll put them here
in my cakes in my cake pop stand there to let them hardin completely
so I have a black fondant rolled out fairly thin here on my workspace
lyn is going to take eighty a roller this is just a pastry cutter
I'm just going to cuts a couple love
fairly thin slices others fondant
and then what I'm going to start with isn't just going to put a stripe above
water
just here approximately where I want the first initial strike
for spider-man spin on the face part to go here
so just like that and then I'm going to place my black fondant strip
over the top %uh that wet spot
and then work it down to that side you need to remove finishing the back unless
your gonna be showing off the back as well
I was gonna show you how to do the French here and then if you are doing
the back you could repeat
what you see on the front in the back as well
so it is believed that part like that and then I'm going to cut
the next steps so I've done my vertical stripe and now I'm going to do the
horizontal one
tim is going to cut a thin peace again
and then just like that
sent it flying and then take this part again and then using yours
your water and just what the water does is just like a little that he serve
in order to help your fondant stick to your cake pop
some going sideways here horizontal across their
and then I can just gently press that down like that
and then I'm going to repeat that same thing going this way
on this site so next time going to be doing the diagonals in between the
previous two lines that we've done
going to slice my niece in line again
and then I've got a little bit of water
and they write thats and then I'm just going to place this
in between those two and then just wrap it around the back
I'm gonna repeat that for all love these other three quadrants as well
so for the rest %uh the design here what we're going to do is we're just going to
make the web
look some just putting a little bit %uh water again there
and then I'm just going to slightly bend the knees
and then put them in between the two lines like that
in this press the edges towards the other
lines there and then I'm going to just like put another one here where it meets
it there
and do that again just putting them in between
solar finicky works if you have small hands
and just like that and so then I'm gonna go up a couple more times another show
another one here
does little bit higher up onto the top above the head here
and then just bend it round again so this is a little bit time consuming
so each time I'm just going to cut a hole into these little ones
and then shape them am going to go all the way around
the the mask here and then I'll be back to show you the next step
so our last step is to add the I is
and what I've got is just a little half moon shape parents wanted to show you
the cutter said that I have
its
cutters from Ateco and it is has little teeny tiny mini cutters the
Tigers picked that up and a cake store
so if you can find one they're kinda handy to have you don't have to have one
you could use a circle cutter
and you could just cut a little bit other div out I've got this one so I'm
gonna make you serve its
so I'm just going to cut to love these ot
like this and then with the little
he little bit above water
I'm just going to put it on the back I love I
and then I'm just going to attach the I onto the front
like that repeat that
and that's it so we do a couple more and I'll come back and finish the video
so there you go everybody how to make spider-man cake pops
hope you enjoyed this tutorial today remember to give the video a thumbs up
if you enjoyed what you saw make sure you take the time to check us out on the
other social media sites we can be found on
and those are all listed in the Description box below
so thanks for watching once again and I'll see you again next time

Would you eat a spider? Food Art Jello Art HOW TO COOK THAT Ann Reardon Gelatina - YouTube !!!
English English Add subtitles/CC
Welcome to How To Cook That I am Ann Reardon
And it is dessert week on howtocookthat so I am going to show you how to make
jelly art.
I first saw jelly flowers a few years ago and thought they were amazing the way that
the flower was 3D through the whole jelly so when you slice it or bite into it you can
see it all the way through. If you are a regular watcher of howtocookthat you will know that
I have three boys and they weren't actually that impressed when I made flowers in jelly.
So that's when I experimented and made things some spiders and eyeballs and things that
they loved.
So lets start with making a few of the different flowers and then move onto the ones that the
boys liked later.
Firstly you need to make a clear jelly. To do that you will need some water in a large
saucepan, another cup of cold water, some sugar, gelatin and citric acid. The citric
acid is just for flavour, you can add any flavouring you like but it needs to be transparent.
All of the ingredient quantities that you need for this recipe are listed on the website
howtocookthat.net there is a link in the description just below this video.
Put the sugar and citric acid into a saucepan with the water and then pour the gelatin over
the cold water that you've got seperate and stir that through until there are no lumps
then leave it to one side for all the water to absorb into that gelatin. If you can't
have gelatin for religious reasons then try looking for halal gel which is a pig free
gelatin or if you are vegan then search for a product called vegegel which is a vegetarian
alternative.
Heat the sugar and the water and citric acid until the sugar is completely dissolved and
that should be just when it's starting to boil. Remove that saucepan from the heat and
add in your gelatin which will now look thick like this. Once you've put it in continue
to stir it until it is completely dissolved so we don't want any lumps or little bits
of gelatin in it.
To make it easier to fill the containers I put my mixture into a jug. You can use any
bowls for this but they look best in rounded dome shapes and if they are clear you'll be
able to see what you are doing as you are working. I am using the dome top of some cupcake
cases that I purchased cheaply on ebay, if you have got glass bowls then you can use
those as well.
Then we want to leave those to set, that will take about a couple of hours in the fridge,
and make more than you need so that you've got plenty to experiment on at first when
you are just getting used to what you are doing.
Next we want to make our mixture that will make the actual flowers the actual things
that you can see. To do that we need to mix together the gelatin and water in a bowl and
leave that to absorb just like we did last time.
Pour your sweetened condensed milk into a measuring jug and then top it up with full
cream milk to make a total of 500ml. And then pour this into a saucepan and heat it until
it comes to a boil. Remove it from the heat and stir through the gelatin until it is dissolved.
Now we've got that white mixture and if you want different coloured flowers like I do
then pour some of it into a smaller bowl and colour it according to what colour you want
your flower to be.
Now you can buy expensive tools for this which if you are making them all the time as a business
it would be worth the investing in but if you are just having a go you can use homemade
things which give a good result as well. You can use plastic spoons, you can cut them to
different shapes for different petals and you can use different sized plastic or metal
spoons. Or just a piece of plastic that you can cut it just remember all you are wanting
to do is cut the top shape of your petal from the plastic and leave the back end of it long
so you've got something to hold on to when you are doing it.
To make these you are also going to need a needle preferably with a luer lock so that
the needle locks into place with a twist and so it doesn't come off under pressure because
our mixture is quite thick. I'll put details of the needle size I used on the website.
If you can get more than one then that's easier because you don't have to wash it every time
you want to change colour.
To fill your syringe take the needle off and draw up the sweetened condensed milk mixture,
because it is quite thick you will find it easier that way than trying to draw it up
through the needle. Then add the needles back onto the syringe. Place the piece of platic
that you've cut into the jelly and that just makes a slit into the jelly and then what
we are going to do is gently lift the plastic put int he needle with the colored milk jelly
in it and use that to get it right down to the tip of that cut that we've made into the
jelly. If you've got any excess that come up to the
top you can wipe that off using a spoon and then you can turn your jelly over to see what
you have just done. And then continue this process just making one petal at a time by
pushing the plastic in filling it up with the milk jelly mixture and then keep going
around until you are happy with the look of the flower. Now when you do this if you space
your petals too far out from the centre it is going to look like they are floating out
on their own . So you want to come back to the centre pretty much each time so pushing
from the centre outwards on a flatter angle if you are making the petals that are around
the edge and on a steeper angle if you are making the petals that are in the middle.
When you are happy with the flower just drip some extra drips of colour on the back in
the centre to fill in any gaps that you have and leave that to set.
To make a carnation you don't need any plastic you can just push the needle in and move it
across at the tip making a jagged edge. Try and keep the bit where you're inserting the
needle fairly still and just moving the tip of the needle across. Then continue to do
that just like we did last time adding more petals around the edges and then turning it
over, having a look at it and filling in any gaps and then once you've finished doing that
again add some mixture on the back. You can here actually add some different colored mixture
if you just put some drops of it on and dab with your finger it makes it go into the bottom
of those little slits that you've made so that the petals kind of have two colours to
them . And once you are completely happy with it add some extra mixture onto the base and
leave that to set.
You can use spoons to create petals as well just in the same way that we used the plastic,
just gently push it in and lift it slightly and use the needle to fill right down to the
edge of the petal with your colour. You can experiment here with using different shapes
and sizes of spoons to make the different petals as you go out obviously the petals
tend to get larger so you can use a larger spoon for those ones. And once you are happy
with it just drip some extra colour onto the back and leave that to set.
Once your flowers are set make up some blue milk mixture. If your milk mixture has set
already you can just reheat that in the microwave or on the stovetop and the gelatin will melt
and it will become liquid again. Add the blue over the top of the flower in a thin layer
and place that back in the fridge.
Lastly for the centre of our flowers we are going to make some yellow and then turn you
flower upside down so that you can see what you are doing and inject the liquid in straight
lines. To do that you just push the needles straight in push to let some of the mixture
out and pull the needle straight back out. You need to see what you are doing as you
do this so that you don't put a hole through your petals because you don't want those yellow
bits going through petals you want them just in the middle of your flower.
You can do the same thing with the pink flower that we made too. And then because this one
kind of looks like a water lily I am going to add a mixture of light and dark blue so
it looks a bit like it's floating on water.
Now to make our spiders you are going to need some sort of mold for the body shape of your
spider. you can do that by carving body shapes out of a carrot or you can get a toy spider
and cutting the legs off it. If you are carving remember that the spider has two parts to
it the head and the body. Then we want to suspend that in the liquid
and to do that I just push tooth picks through some sticky tape and into the body of the
carrot or one toothpick onto the plastic ones and then sticky tape that tape onto the container
and adjust the height so that it sits just in the jelly. So you want it right side down
and you want it sitting just into the jelly so that the top is not covered.
Once it is set you can remove your body mold, this will be easier if you run something sharp
around the edge before you try and pull it out.
And then we want to make a brown spidery colour to do that you can either add cocoa powder
to the milk mixture or you can use melted dark chocolate and mix that in. If you want
a pattern on your spider, like here in Australia we have red back spiders, then you can add
that now before we fill it up with the brown. Other spiders have stripes or spots add all
those details and let that set before we fill up the body. And then we are just going to
fill it all the way up to the top with the browny black colour.
Then once again leave that aside to set it wont take long for these little details to
set because there is not much of them and you are adding it to something that is already
cold so it may only take about
minutes in the fridge.
To do the legs we are going to go from the going from the body put the needle straight
in and squeeze out some mixture as you pull the needle straight back out. Have a look
at a spider picture so you know what angle the legs go on where on the body they come
from and exactly where you want them to end up . Then we want to make the legs to bend
and come back down so that they are not just sticking straight up in the air. To do that
put the needle in where you want the foot to be. They don't really have feet but you
know what I mean and then take it straight in to the bend of the leg and straight back
out again. Again gently pushing on the mixture in the needle as you do. Use a spoon to scrape
off any excess once you've finished. And that's how you make some scary spiders
Next to make an eye ball place a small amount of clear jelly at the base of a dome container.
Once the is set we need to make our pupil or the circle of black but we've got dark
brown here. I am using a piping tip resting on the jelly and dripping some brown mixture
into it. By using the base of the piping tip it will ensure we have a pupil is round and
its exactly centered. Once that is set you can remove the piping tip and add a larger
round object and fill with blue or green or whatever colour you want he eye to be.
Thanks for watching and don't forget to leave your requests in the comments below. You can
join us next week for chocolate, then the following week is cake and then the week after
that we will be back to dessert again. And I hope you all have a wonderful week and I
will see you soon. Bye [music by youtube.com/setsailtv]
