this hi I'm Kelly delaney have cakes foroccasions in Danvers Massachusetts like to teach you how you can decorate acake like a show we pay top

Iactually just for this purpose just until we construct the show I just have a a bottle that I'm usingthat this is gonna be kinda my reference to wear my keyless okay and the reason we're gonna do thisis because we now need to make the arch I love the show right we need tomake arch part above the weather she looks like I'm taking cardboard and I'm gonna cutout the arch up the shelf I know it's a combi aboutthree inches this cardboard going to be inserted intothat tip at the show and then I'm going to Bensfor the key of just like that sense why he was notgoing to be as wide as this cardboard I'm definitely gonnaneed to trim it so I was gonna take said my scissors and just work around second tram my heel I build another layer appcake right on top now I do realize I had somespace more like a triangle space we actuallyhave an empty space right here in the middle so this is perfect for the tram that wehave its started to take on the lookout forshoe but it's going to take a little while before we actually get thedecorating part to make it look exactly like a show so remember when we cut out thetelevision show and we left this extra piece here this is actually tocome in real handy now to make more bullet for alleged the show so Idon't need the whole height so when I'm just gonna do as I'm gonnafor sis cut this right now because I'm not going to be able to pick up thewhole thing and put it on together they are right now half say only needhalf despite places right here in top then I do thesame on the other side so you can see the shoe starting to cometogether the next step is now we need to build upthe arch we have to be real careful we don't wanta lot away on this arch the majority of the cake is in thetel because we're going to have an arch andthen it's gonna be held up by chocolate dip I'm chocolate dippedpretzel rods covered with fondant and I'm eyeballing everything there isno molds out there for you to use and don't beafraid to try something and if it doesn't workyou just stop and then you do it again now I just have one little section hereand we're gonna cut extra cake but I'm right there so in apickup my shoe have put on top with the wheelusually when you decorate a cake you gonna want your frosting on top ofthe cake use your spatula and spread it out you're not going towant to do this in this case when you every year doing in your building amolten he'll going to paint it with edible glue enrolling in this signs silver sugar so it's a nice to silver sparkle stiletto heel using theedible glitter edible blue excuse they were going topaint on are he'll I'm purposely not putting it on the topor the bottom as I wanna make sure that's taken astand straight I've place my heel into my bucket ofsugar and I'm just going to cover it with the sugar why we're making ourhe'll we had our shoe cake in the refrigerator so the timing was perfect is nice andchilled now when I had made some yellow butter cream ever gonna add using this small offsetagain what is gonna go through in justsmoothed out the color the show and then we'll goback afterwards and work on our lines a rail on shipped if you don't have a lot of time in a dayyou can always do this
