Frozen Anna cake topper How to make Anna cake topper frozen Anna doll cake tutorial frozen cake
English (United Kingdom) English (United Kingdom) Disneys Frozen Anna cake topper using modelling paste In this video, we are going to make Anna from Frozen So I have got some blue modelling and flower paste to make Anna And I am just going to roll the modelling paste to create a bit of a cone shape which will become Anna's dress and body Anna does actually have a short dress with her legs poking out the bottom but for this version of Anna I am going to do it full length so that it offers more support So I am going to keep rolling Anna's dress "Disneys Frozen Anna cake topper tutorial" So I am going to roll Anna's body here a little bit until it thins out which will become Anna's waist And again just pinching it in at Anna's waist and we are going to bring it up a little bit And then I am going to work out what size Anna's body wants to be and I will just cut this up here Then just shape and round off those sharper edges of Anna's body so squaring it off a bit at the top of Anna's body And see if I can create a little bit of a bust shape on Anna just here it doesn't want to be big Again pinching the body in at Anna's waist What we are going to do is, with Anna's skirt she has a couple of little pleat bits So i am just going to use my modelling tool To just run a line down Anna's dress here and another down the other side I am then going to push that in a little bit And then I will just smooth Anna's dress off with my finger "Disneys Frozen Anna cake topper tutorial" Whilst Anna's body is drying, I am going to make a start on Anna's head I have just died some modelling paste a flesh colour and I am starting with a little circle Then I am going to push in an indentation across Anna's face as you can see there And then we are going to push in two little eye sockets using our fingers If you have a balling tool you want to use instead that's fine Although you will find that when you do that, you squash the head and it becomes a little bit bigger So we are going to shape a little bit of Anna's chin And that's the basic Frozen Anna face shape So we then need to add a couple of ears to Anna we are going to take two small balls of our flesh coloured fondant and we are going to just stick them on either side of Anna's head "Disneys Frozen Anna cake topper tutorial" Just using the bottom of my paint brush I am going to push into the center of each ear to create Anna's two ears taking a small amount of the flesh coloured modelling paste I am going to give our Anna cake doll a little nose keeping Anna's nose quite petite starting with a little oval shape and I am just going to stick that on to the face just there And just taking a cocktail stick you are going to push a little hole up each side of Anna's nose If this bit is too advanced for you, just leave Anna with an oval nose then we are goin gto put a slight indentation either side of our fondant Anna models smile And then we are going to add her some lips So taking our flesh coloured fondant we are going to roll just a small little piece like that and we are just going to put some water on Anna's lip area and we will stick that onto the bottom like so and push that so that the corners go into the little indentation we added to Anna's face and then we will roll another piece in the same way but a little bit longer I have got a small amount of white modelling paste which i am going to squash down you can use a rolling pin if you prefer but with it being so small I am just squashing it with my fingers and I am just goig to use a little round plunger cutter to cut out two little circles for Anna's eyes then we are going to trim a tiny bit off the bottom of each eye "Disneys Frozen Anna cake topper tutorial" Then we are going to stick Anna's eyes onto place on the fondant Anna head we have made "Disneys Frozen Anna doll cake topper tutorial" I've just got a little bit of pink rainbow dust on my dry brush and I am just going to gently brush a tiny bit of pink onto Anna's cheeks to give them a little bit of colour and I am using a dark brown sugar flair colour and a really fine brush and then we are going to very carefully give Anna some little freckles "Disneys Frozen Anna cake model tutorial" Using the dark brown we are now going to paint Anna on some eyebrows "Disneys Frozen Anna cake topper tutorial" We are going to use a pink food colouring now to paint Anna's lips then we are going to take an aqua food colouring so we can paint on a circle for Anna's eyes then i am just going to use a darker blue to go around the edge of the lighter blue in each of Anna's eyes if you prefer to leave it without the darker edge that's fine now we are going to use a little bit of black food colouring to draw on Anna's eye lashes and we are starting from the center of Anna's eye just trying to draw on a thin line, following the eye all the way along then drawing a really thin one on the bottom too and then we will thicken it a little bit at the top to give the impression of Anna's eye lashes "Disneys Frozen Anna cake topper tutorial" then give Anna just a few shorter ones along the bottom too "Disneys Frozen Anna cake topper tutorial" That's one of Anna's eyes done, now we will just repeat the same for the other eye. So taking a bit of black fondant I have just rolled two tiny dots that we are just going to place in the center of Anna's eyes the tricky bit here is picking them up so I will just put a little bit of water on the top of each one and see if I can stick it to the bottom of my paint brush and we are just going to drop it in to the center of each of our Anna dolls eyes and just push them around so that they are matching now I have just a really tiny bit of white fondant that I have rolled into two tiny balls which we are going to use for highlights in Anna's eyes So I am just going to put a little bit of water on the black bit of Anna's eyes and i am going to see if I can pick each other these up using a paintbrush "Disneys Frozen Anna and elsa cake topper tutorial" Popping them into Anna's eyes like so And that's our Disneys Frozen Anna's face done so now we will move back on to Anna's body So I have dyed a slightly lighter blue for the bottom of Anna's dress and we are going to roll it nice and thin and I am just going to create some triangle type shapes to stick to the bottom of Anna's dress so roll it as thin as you can get it and I am going to use a little circle cutter and a knife I am just going to cut a straight edge with the knife Then what I am going to do is just place the circle cutter so that it comes to the edge "Else and Anna frozen cake tutorials" So you can see the cutter leaves you with a triangular bit in the middle "Else and Anna frozen cake tutorials" So taking Anna's dress, just putting a small amount of water along the bottom then we are going to lay this across the bottom of Anna's dress and you are going to push that all the way round and you can put some water on the back of the little bits that stick up too and I am going to do that all the way around Anna's dress So now we have the edging on Anna's dress, now we are going to use the edible aqua sugarflair colour to paint some patterning on to Anna's dress and we are just going to paint in some basic patterning, it doesn't have to be identical to Disneys Frozen Anna's dress and do the same on the back of Anna's dress as well "Else and Anna frozen cake topper models tutorials" Now we are going to take a sugarflair pink to paint the top of the pattern on Anna's dress pattern and we are just going to put on a little flowery bit if it helps, load up a picture of Disneys Frozen Anna so that you can see the pattern you want to put on What we are going to do now is give Anna a little neck So I am going to use a cocktail stick to push into the top of Anna's body and leave a little bit poking out the top of Anna's body, and we are going to use a bit of the flesh colour and we are going to push that onto the cocktail stick I am just going to put a little bit of water at the base of Anna's neck and then push the neck on now we are going to roll a small amount of the lighter blue fondant or modelling paste and I am going to cut a line at the top and cut a triangle that will go down Anna's body if you are more organised then me you could put this on before you put Anna's neck on Where as I have put the neck on first. Whichever you find easier so, just putting a bit of water onto the back of it we are going to stick that onto Anna like so and push that up to the neck line now taking a ball of the lighter blue again we are just going to roll it out and squash it down with our fingers and we are going to wrap that around Anna's neck, so put a bit of water on starting at the back of Anna's neck and then pulling it round Now we are going to need some black modelling paste or fondant So I have some black fondant which I am going to roll out nice and thin and this will be Anna's top So I will hold it to Anna's body to see size wise how well it fits so I want to cut it into a triangular shape at the bottom and this triangular bit will go down on Anna's body just there so I am just cutting a little bit off the top, then just see length wise, if you hold it up against Anna's body, for how long you want it to be and we are going to just cut another little triangle at the top, just here and again checking it against Anna's body So that's okay size wise for Disneys Anna I think So I am going to put a bit of water onto Anna's body where I want this to go and I am just going to push that over the top of Anna's body and wrap it all the way around the back don't worry about getting it perfectly neat at Anna's back because we are going to add Anna's fondant cloak so it will cover some bits at the back of Anna's body So I now have a dark gold edible metallic paint for cake decorating and we are just going to paint Anna on a little gold trim around the edge of her top if you prefer to stick Anna's gold trim on with fondant that's fine and again I am not too worried about going right to the top with it because when we put Anna's cloak on it will cover it up and repeat the same now for the bottom of Anna's frozen dress going back to using the aqua blue sugarflair colour just paint a tiny bit of patterning onto Anna's dress top Now taking the lighter colour again, we are just going to roll some long thin sausage shapes to create out fondant Anna's arms so what I am going to do is tuck her arms behind her back, and Anna is going to be wearing a cloak so you wont see the back of Anna So after working out the length of Anna's arm I am going to roll in a little elbow and then bend Anna's arm ever so slightly then using a bit of water on the top of Anna's arm we are going to just push that onto Anna's body and then I am going to wrap that so that it goes to the back which means we can put a bit of water on the back of Anna's arm then we are going to push that onto Anna's body like that and just be careful you don't smudge the painting you did on Anna's dress it might be a good idea to let the sugarflair paint dry first before trying this and then repeat for Anna's other arm So now we are going to put Anna's head on now just putting a little bit of water on the underneath of Anna's head then we are going to push Anna's head onto the cocktail stick pushing it down just a little bit So now I have rolled a pinky purple colour out of my fondant and modelling paste, I have tried to keep a curved edge at one side, and what I am going to do, is cut round and bring it up to make Anna's cake from disneys Frozen bringing it round again at this side of Anna's cloak then we are just going to trim Anna's cloak here Then we are going to stick Anna's cake onto the Anna figure we have made so far So we have put a little bit of water on the back of Anna's fondant cloak and we are just going to push that on to t he back of Anna is there is a bit extra on the top we will just cut that off or if it's not too much you will be able to push it down and now we are going to make the second part of Anna's cloak So we are going to do another piece very much the same but a little bit smaller so for this section of Anna's cape we are going to cut a curve again Which we will wrap around Anna's shoulders, and we will just cut a straight edge here we might have to cut some more off when we stick it onto Anna from Frozen So now we will take it over to our Anna figure and see if it fits So again I have put a little bit of water onto the cloak and we are going to push it onto Anna's body here and I am going to pull it up so that it comes to the middle on both sides then we will pinch these corner bits of Anna's cloak and what we will do is cut those off So i am going to cut these bits off with scissors and we are going to push those down and then doing the same again with Anna's cloak on the other side "disney cakes frozen cake Anna cake topper" and now we need to do Anna another bit for the top for round her collar So I have rolled a long thin piece which we are going to squash down around Anna's neck if you haven't let Anna's head set too much, you will be able to pull Anna's head off and wrap this around If you have let you fondant Anna figure set, then just wrap it around the neck still "frozen cakes Anna doll cake topper" and then just pushing Anna's head back on So now I am going to put a little bit of water on either side of Anna's top / collars and we are just going to use a tiny bit of black fondant The official Disneys Frozen Anna has little heart shapes here but we are just going to use oval shapes / tear drop shapes and what we are going to do now, is using our pinky purple fondant we are going to create lots of little balls for little pom poms to stick on the edge of Anna's jacket So just rolling some small fondant balls and we are just going to stick those all the way along Anna's outfit "Frozen elsa doll cake and Anna doll cake" So we are going to fill from here to here with this method and try your best just to balance them on the very edge of Anna's cloak now taking some brown modelling paste to make Frozen Anna's hair I am rolling so So we are going to squeeze them together at the top and we are going to go from the outside one in and keep working our way down Anna's hair I will trim Anna's braid / plait here where I want it and will do the same for the other one now I am going to wet the back of Anna's head a little bit and just over the top so that Anna's hair will stick So i am going to take a ball of fondant that we are going to squash down to create a little cap for the back of Anna's head then we are going to stick this onto Anna's head So starting round the back of Anna's head and we are just going to push this on If Anna's hair comes behind her ears a little bit that's fine as Disneys Frozen Anna's hairstyle does do that a little bit What we are going to do now is give Anna a bit of a parting by pushing in a little bit there and I am just going to put some lines on and we are just going to give Anna one piece of hair at the front so again starting with a ball we are going to roll it so that it's pointy at either end "Anna doll cake tutorial elsa doll cake tutorial how to" flatten the piece down a little bit and I am just going to put some little lines in around the bottom for Anna's hair and we are just going to stick this on the front there so just adding a little bit of water "Frozen cake tutorials Anna and Elsa" and we are going to do a little bit more that is going to go on one side of Anna's hair like that now we just need to add her plaits / braids and then we will give Anna the lighter streak of hair that she has in the Disneys Frozen film so just wet the plaits a little bit at the end and we are just going to tuck those under Anna's hair and then we are going to drape that over the front and so the same for Anna's other plait So again wetting the plaits and sticking them onto the back of Anna's hair Now I am just going to put a little bit of water on the top of Anna's head and then using a lighter brown to give her the highlight streak that Disneys Frozen Anna has So I have rolled a highlight piece of fondant that is just going to go on the top of our Anna doll cakes head and i will just push that on like so and we are going to bring the highlight through Anna's plait now so just on the odd piece we are going to put a little bit of water and just pinch some tiny rolls of fondant which we will then stick onto Anna's plait "Disneys Frozen Elsa and Anna cake dolls" and just keep adding highlights down Anna's hair "Anna cake topper" And there she is, our Anna figure is finished, now we just need to put her on a frozen cake with her sister Elsa So we are going to put her on our frozen themed cake just there to go with her sister Elsa Thank you for watching my Frozen Anna cake model tutorial if you liked this frozen video and would like to see more
